This is bamboo leaf dumpling. It's wrapped inside a bamboo leaf until you take it out to eat. Inside is sticky rice - a rice that sticks so well together that you almost have to use a knife to eat it. Usually when you make sticky rice, you will mix something else with it, so inside is also red bean and a bunch of other yummy surprises.
