As far as I know this is not actually sushi, but it contains all of the ingredients and is for sure just as good - if not better.
In the bottom is a pile of rice with nori (seaweed). All the delicacies on top are (apart from the chicken egg yolk,) fish meat and fish eggs. The brown/yellowing stuff on the left is sea urchin. It's really good, but also really expensive.
Green icecream-looking stuff on the side of the rim is wasabi.
