Huajiang Bridge is a highway between Banqiao and Taipei city.
There is just something about this place when it's raining that I like. Maybe it's that there's so few people there. After all, it doesn't have a lot to attract them with. It's just a big bridge and it's much easier to get up on top of it than below it.
